Sunray Woodcraft Construction Pte Ltd seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer to develop designs and calculations for buildings and foundations, review drawings, and ensure constructability on regional projects.

You will lead site inspections, provide technical guidance, coordinate with architects and M&E teams, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent required.
• Proficient in structural design software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• 4 years of relevant experience in structural design and construction.

Responsabilidades

• Develop structural designs and calculations for buildings, foundations, and other infrastructure.
• Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Perform site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and structural integrity.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to site engineers and construction teams.
• Coordinate with architects, M&E engineers, and contractors throughout project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and select appropriate construction materials based on load, durability, and cost.
• Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare structural reports, method statements, and engineering documentation.
• Participate in value engineering, risk assessment, and quality assurance processes.
• Troubleshoot structural issues during construction and recommend corrective actions.
