Thong Huat Brothers (Pte) Limited seeks a Civil Engineering professional to drive project objectives, study customer requirements, and prepare cost estimates.

The role involves scheduling, progress monitoring, design and plan reviews, and reporting on trends to management. You will work with management on ad-hoc tasks and contribute to team results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Develops project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans.
• Determines project specifications by studying customer requirements and performance standards.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing elements.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes, recommending actions.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
