BAYES is seeking a Structural Design Engineer/Coordinator to lead coordination of structural drawings, liaise with consultants and manage statutory approvals for condominium projects.

You will support site teams, maintain project documentation, coordinate BIM activities (Revit/Navisworks/Enscape) and compile as-built BIM models on project completion. The role requires collaboration and independent work on complex builds.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Structural Design Engineer, Project Engineer or Structural Coordinator on Design & Build condominium projects for A1 main contractors.
• Experience with C&S consultant firm and design background preferred.
• Ability to perform structural analysis and simulations using software such as ACAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, or similar tools.
• Familiar with local authorities requirements (URA/BCA/NEA/PUB/SCDF/LTA/Nparks).
• Ability to build good relationships with consultants and work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Review structural design drawings for constructability and compliance with project specifications.
• Schedule and issue FW/CBP drawings and subcontractor structural shop drawings aligned with project schedule and construction activities.
• Work closely with structural consultants, architectural and M&E engineers, and various subcontractors to resolve structural and technical issues.
• Assist in preparation and submission of structural drawings and documents to relevant authorities for approvals such as Corenet X Gateways, Building Plan, Structural Plan, Works Permit, Temporary Occupation Permit and Certificate of Statutory Completion.
• Track status of submissions and liaise with authorities to expedite the approval process.
• Provide technical support to site team on structural-related matters and resolve site queries.
• Maintain documentation of design changes, site instructions and correspondences.
• Attend technical meetings and design coordination meetings to report outcomes and ensure effective communication.
• Coordinate structural and consultant drawings using Revit, Naviswork or Enscape to identify clashes and ensure consistency.
• Compile and hand over structural as-built BIM Model and drawings upon project completion.

About the role
