STEADPATH ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to undertake detailed technical and structural designs, prepare calculations and shop drawings, and guide drafters.

The role requires liaising with operation teams, clients and authorities to ensure design intents are met. Candidates should have a background in civil/structural engineering with steel structure design or earth retaining stabilizing structures, and knowledge of Excel, Tekla Tedds and STAAD.Pro.

Qualificações

• Background Civil and/ or Structural Engineering.
• Background in steel structure design/ earth retaining stabilizing structures design or equivalent.
• Knowledge with Excel, Tekla Tedds and Staad.pro.
• Sites Visit required.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake detailed technical and structural designs, prepare calculation reports and shop drawings, instruct drafters and check/amend fabrication drawings.
• Review and improve design considerations and assumptions based on project requirements on competitive and economical approaches.
• Liaise and coordinate with operation teams, clients, consultants and/or authorities on technical issues and to ensure design intents are met.
• Provide technical engineering advice to comply with Singapore design standards, codes, specifications and authorities’ regulations.
• Propose value engineering, design improvement, optimization and innovation to improve operation efficiency and maximize construction profit.
• Follow up with projects in charged closely, visit factory and site to provide technical advices and supports to operation team.
• Other ad hoc job assigned by Technical Manager or the Company.
