The role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing global team in São Paulo. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who wants to build practical experience in media localisation and international production. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and colleagues worldwide, you will support multilingual marketing projects for leading entertainment brands. Your work could include coordinating translations for an international campaign, preparing a trailer for voice-over or dubbing, managing multilingual subtitles, or supporting the localisation of marketing and gaming content ahead of a major launch. As your experience grows, you will learn how projects move from the original creative brief through translation, production and quality control to final delivery, while working with linguists, voice talent, studios and production teams across multiple markets.
What You Will Do
- Support multilingual marketing projects from kick-off to final delivery, working closely with Project Managers and regional teams.
- Prepare, organise and track source materials, reference files and final deliverables.
- Prepare files for translation using computer-assisted translation tools.
- Use subtitling software to prepare files for linguists, implement amendments, troubleshoot issues and export final deliverables.
- Coordinate with translators, subtitlers, voice talent, studios and other suppliers, including sourcing resources and supporting rate negotiations where required.
- Track schedules, budgets and deliverables, helping the team complete projects on time and to the expected quality standard.
- Carry out quality checks before delivery, confirming that files are complete, accurate and meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation and data in internal systems.
- Respond constructively when schedules, requirements or assets change, helping the team adjust plans and priorities.
- Identify potential issues early and work with your assigned mentor and Project Managers to find practical solutions.
- Provide production and administrative support to the wider Marketing Localisation team when needed.
