A leading cycling accessories company located in Brazil is looking for a Production Planner to manage the planning and scheduling of production activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing production plans, analyzing material requirements, and interfacing with logistics. A diploma in management or technical fields and 2-5 years of relevant experience are required, along with technical expertise in production planning. Fluency in English is mandatory, while Italian is preferred.

Production Planner - Romania plant :

For our production facility in Romania, we are looking for a Production Planner who will be responsible for managing the planning and scheduling of production activities.

This role involves preparing production plans for various departments to ensure compliance with delivery dates.

Could you be the right fit?

Your responsibilities :

• Managing and Monitoring Production and Subcontracting Orders.
• Analyzing material requirements and external processing, as well as issuing subcontracting orders.
• Capacity Planning and Scheduling of Available Machines and Resources.
• Verifying the feasibility of sales orders and the main production plan.

Production Planning and Scheduling.

Interfacing with logistics and customer service for the periodic evaluation of order confirmations and the associated shipping plans for customers.

Creating periodic reports to assist management in operational decision-making.

Your skills :

• Technical Expertise in Production Planning and Scheduling.
• ERP Systems and Planning Software.
• SQL Language.
• Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Romanian mother tongue, fluent in English, Italian speaking is a plus.
• Organization, results-oriented mindset, and problem-solving abilities.

Your background :

• Diploma / degree in management / economics / statistics / other technical.
• Preferable prior experience (2-5 years) in planning products with medium production complexity, involving various processes and components.
