Playtech is seeking a highly organized Procurement Specialist to support global procurement operations across multiple company locations, including our new Brazilian office. You will negotiate with vendors, manage site-related expenses, and coordinate contracts and service agreements.

In this role you'll partner with offices worldwide, drive RFP/RFQ processes, monitor supplier performance, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance and smooth daily operations.

Qualificações

• Min. 2 years of experience in a related field.
• BSc./MSc/BA in Economics, Logistics, Business Management or related discipline.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in coordinated procurement activities for various global company sites, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Assist in mapping and maintaining site-related expenses, contracts, and service agreements for each location.
• Act as the contact for local office managers and teams worldwide, supporting their procurement needs.
• Manage annual renewals and track contract timelines to ensure timely negotiations and stakeholders’ approvals.
• Run RFP/RFQ processes, evaluate suppliers, and support negotiation of commercial terms.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining various supplier information in a centralized system.

Playtechis looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement Specialistto support global procurement operations across multiple company locations.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers.


• Assist in coordinated procurement activities for various global company sites, ensuring smooth daily operations.


• Assist in mapping and maintaining site-related expenses, contracts, and service agreements for each location.


• Act as the contact for local office managers and teams worldwide, supporting their procurement needs.


• Manage annual renewals and track contract timelines to ensure timely negotiations and stakeholders’ approvals.


• Run RFP/RFQ processes, evaluate suppliers, and support negotiation of commercial terms.


• Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining various supplier information in a centralized system (supplier map, supplier on-time delivery rating charts, various contracts, and other documentation).


• Support global standardization of operational services and identify cost-saving opportunities.


• Assist in researching new suppliers for new projects and existing products.


• Monitor supplier performance and follow up on delivery delays or service issues


• Produce procurement administration reports.


• Work closely with the finance department and assist with Reports to finance.


• Work with other group procurement coordinators.


• Communicate professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization and external contacts.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in a related field


• BSc./MSc/BA. in Economics, Logistics, Business Management or related discipline


• Excellent command of the English language written and spoken


• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team


• Advanced Excel and Word knowledge
