Playtech is seeking a hands‑on, motivated Network & Systems Administrator to support our growing IT environment in Brazil. You will manage corporate networks, servers, and IT systems, and collaborate with a global team to deliver reliable services.

Ideal candidates have practical experience with routing, switching, VPNs, Wi‑Fi, and cloud platforms, plus a proactive attitude toward learning and security. This role offers a stable, long‑term career in a multinational company.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven experience in network/system administration in a corporate environment.
  • Practical knowledge of routing, switching, Wi‑Fi networks and firewalls.
  • Experience with VPN solutions or ZTNA.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) – networking/security fundamentals are enough.
  • Good understanding of DNS, user/role‑based access control, and general IT security practices.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly with global teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Support day‑to‑day operations of corporate networks, servers, and IT systems.
  • Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi‑Fi networks across offices and datacenters.
  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure components.
  • Investigate and resolve IT incidents reported by users, ensuring reliable service delivery.
  • Follow corporate security policies and contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
  • Assist in IT infrastructure projects, documentation, upgrades, and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with your Team Lead, peers, cross‑functional teams, and external vendors when needed.
