Right Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead injection moulding development for new product introductions in a high-precision manufacturing environment. You will validate processes, optimise moulding performance, and ensure smooth transfer to production.
The role requires 5+ years in injection moulding, strong knowledge of scientific moulding principles, and experience with NPI programmes, Moldflow analyses, and DOE studies. Medical/auto-industry exposure is preferred.

Our client (MNC) is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing company for Medical devices and Automotive industries.
Responsible for the development, optimisation, validation, and industrialisation of injection moulding processes for new product introductions.
The role provides specialist moulding expertise within the NPI team, ensuring robust and capable manufacturing processes are established and successfully transferred into production.
Lead moulding process development activities for NPI programmes.
Develop moulding strategies aligned with project timelines and customer requirements.
Plan and execute mould trials including T0, T1, T2 and T3 activities.
Establish process windows using scientific moulding principles.
Conduct DOE studies and process optimisation activities.
Support DFM reviews, tool design reviews and supplier technical discussions.
Review Moldflow analyses and provide technical recommendations.
Lead process validation activities including IQ, OQ and PQ.
Define critical process parameters and process control strategies.
Develop process setup sheets, standards and validation documentation.
Support FAT and SAT activities for tooling, automation and equipment.
Provide technical leadership during customer and supplier reviews.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives relating to moulding processes.
Capture and implement lessons learned across NPI programmes.
Support successful transfer of validated processes into production.
Degree/ Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Polymer Engineering or related discipline.
Min 5 years of injection moulding process engineering experience.
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes.
Strong understanding of scientific moulding principles.
Experience within medical, electronics, or high-precision manufacturing environments preferred.
RJG or equivalent scientific moulding certification preferred.
