Right Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead injection moulding development for new product introductions in a high-precision manufacturing environment. You will validate processes, optimise moulding performance, and ensure smooth transfer to production.

The role requires 5+ years in injection moulding, strong knowledge of scientific moulding principles, and experience with NPI programmes, Moldflow analyses, and DOE studies. Medical/auto-industry exposure is preferred.

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in engineering or manufacturing disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of injection moulding process engineering experience.
• Experience supporting NPI programmes and DFM reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead moulding process development activities for NPI programmes.
• Develop moulding strategies aligned with project timelines and customer requirements.
• Plan and execute mould trials (T0–T3) and establish process windows.
• Conduct DOE studies and process optimisation activities.
• Review Moldflow analyses and provide technical recommendations.
• Lead process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) activities.
• Develop setup sheets, standards and validation documentation.
• Support FAT/SAT for tooling, automation and equipment.

Our client (MNC) is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing company for Medical devices and Automotive industries.

Reports To: NPI Director

Summary

• Responsible for the development, optimisation, validation, and industrialisation of injection moulding processes for new product introductions.

• The role provides specialist moulding expertise within the NPI team, ensuring robust and capable manufacturing processes are established and successfully transferred into production.

Responsibilities

• Lead moulding process development activities for NPI programmes.

• Develop moulding strategies aligned with project timelines and customer requirements.

• Plan and execute mould trials including T0, T1, T2 and T3 activities.

• Establish process windows using scientific moulding principles.

• Conduct DOE studies and process optimisation activities.

• Support DFM reviews, tool design reviews and supplier technical discussions.

• Review Moldflow analyses and provide technical recommendations.

• Lead process validation activities including IQ, OQ and PQ.

• Define critical process parameters and process control strategies.

• Develop process setup sheets, standards and validation documentation.

• Support FAT and SAT activities for tooling, automation and equipment.

• Provide technical leadership during customer and supplier reviews.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives relating to moulding processes.

• Capture and implement lessons learned across NPI programmes.

• Support successful transfer of validated processes into production.

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Polymer Engineering or related discipline.

• Min 5 years of injection moulding process engineering experience.

• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes.

• Strong understanding of scientific moulding principles.

• Experience within medical, electronics, or high-precision manufacturing environments preferred.

• RJG or equivalent scientific moulding certification preferred.
