Venture Corporation Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for its Singapore GES site (Marsiling). You will generate instructions, perform failure analysis, and plan line setups for new projects while ensuring lean manufacturing and compliance with FDA-related considerations.

Strong SAP/ERP and ERP awareness are valuable as you drive NPI activities. The role requires at least five years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical instrumentation, with a solid understanding of

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical / Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in Medical Instrumentation Industry and knowledge of US FDA 21 FR.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma/LEAN Manufacturing and statistical tools is a plus.

We’re looking to add a Manufacturing EngineerinSingapore. The position is based in our GES site at Marsiling.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

• Generate and update Manufacturing Instructions for Production Lines.
• Evaluate and perform first level failure analysis on Production fallouts.
• Production Line setup and equipment planning for new project launch. To define lean manufacturing line layout, sourcing for tooling, fixtures and equipment and prepare CAPEX for NPI build
• Provide DFM and FMEA report for NPI projects.
• Work Improvement or Cycle Time reduction projects.
• Analyzes and plan workstation layout, workflow and conduct IE Time Study.
• Update Manufacturing Instruction (MI) and Work Instruction (WI) SOP for ECN release
• Prepare ECN /MM to implement changes in SAP BOM
• Manage Preventive Maintenance checklists of assembly jigs & fixtures and updating tooling masterlist to the Sharepoint. Prepare verification report for the assembly jigs and fixture.
• Follow up on equipment calibration replacement; verify calibration report and updating calibration masterlist.
• Setting up /updating into shop floor control Data Gating system (DGS) and resolve day-to-day DGS routing issue. Lean manufacturing concept to minimize the waste of material and labor while improving the productivity and quality of product

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in Medical Instrumentation Industry, as well as knowledge in US FDA 21 FR.
• Knowledge in Six Sigma/ LEAN Manufacturing and Statistical tools will be an added advantage
• General awareness of Manufacturing Systems e.g. CAD, SAP, ERP etc.
