Right Recruit Pte. Ltd. on behalf of our client seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead productivity initiatives in plastic injection moulding, tooling and NPI.

You will implement capability studies, develop process instructions and troubleshoot moulding issues in medical and automotive environments. • Permanent Position / MNC/ Near MRT/ Manufacturing

• 5 days’ work week; Monday to Friday: 8.15am – 5.45pm

Our client (MNC)is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing company for Medical devices and Automotive industries.

Summary

• Initiating and implementing productivity programs for the plant, conducting process improvements through capability studies, and preparing process instructions.

• Responsible for fault finding and troubleshooting of process and tooling-related problems during production and testing

Responsibilities

• Initiate and implement productivity programs for the plant

• Process improvement through capability studies

• Preparation of process instruction

• Fault finding and troubleshooting of process / tooling-related problems during production and testing

• Initiate and conduct the test of new or modified mould and determine optimum machine settings or optimal process cycle

• Oversees tooling for new products

• Participate and recommend solutions to moulding problems related to moulds

• Initiate engineering change

• Implementation of mould preventive maintenance programs

• Track movement of moulds and collaborate with Production Department

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent qualification

• 3-5 years of experience in in Plastic injection Molding, preferably in Medical and Automotive industries

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry

• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement
