Jobtailor is seeking an experienced operations specialist to map and redesign workflows in Patient Services and Revenue Cycle, driving automation and digital transformation across front-desk processes. You will develop training materials and deliver executive presentations while collaborating with billing, audit, technology, and patient experience teams.

Travel will be required to validate best practices at facilities, and you will contribute to corporate policy updates and standardization

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Production Engineering, Management Processes, or a related field.
• Experience in Patient Services, Authorizations, Billing, or Revenue Cycle operations.
• Knowledge of operational and financial performance indicator analysis.
• Knowledge of the Tasy Hospital Management System.
• Experience in process mapping and improvement.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.
• Ability to develop training materials and executive presentations.
• Willingness and availability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Map, analyze, and redesign operational workflows to boost front-desk productivity.
• Conduct operational assessments to identify improvements in patient service and revenue processes.
• Support implementation of projects related to efficiency, digitalization, automation, and hospital billing journey.
• Analyze inconsistencies that may cause rework or denials.
• Perform on-site visits to monitor processes, deliver training, and validate best practices.
• Develop and update corporate workflows, policies, and standards.
• Lead refresher sessions and deliver training for operational teams and leaders.
• Prepare executive presentations and management reports with analyses and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with corporate and operational teams across billing, audit, technology, and patient experience.
• Support digital transformation and process automation applied to Patient Services and Revenue Cycle.

• Map, analyze, and redesign operational workflows, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, standardize, and increase front-desk productivity


• Conduct operational assessments to identify improvement opportunities in patient service and revenue processes


• Support the implementation of corporate projects related to operational efficiency, digitalization, automation, and improvements to the hospital billing journey


• Analyze operational inconsistencies that may lead to rework, claim denials, or financial losses


• Conduct on-site visits to facilities to monitor processes, deliver training, and validate best practices


• Support the development and updating of corporate workflows, policies, and standards


• Lead refresher sessions and deliver in-person and remote training for operational teams and leaders


• Prepare executive presentations and management reports with analyses and improvement recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Production Engineering, Management Processes, or a related field


• Experience in Patient Services, Authorizations, Billing, or Revenue Cycle operations


• Knowledge of operational and financial performance indicator analysis


• Knowledge of the Tasy Hospital Management System
