Jobtailor is seeking a Quotation Specialist to support international and domestic quotations for the commercial team and WACO agents in São Paulo. The role involves tracking deadlines, following up on submissions, and negotiating rates with international agents, airlines, and ocean carriers to balance competitiveness and quality.

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade or related fields.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office suite).
• Experience with CargoWise or other international logistics management systems is a plus.
• Analytical, organized and detail-oriented profile.

• Prepare quotations for the commercial team and WACO agents for both international (foreign trade) and domestic operations.
