Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst to translate business strategies into data insights, understand business needs, explore data, and develop KPIs. The role involves data modeling for KPI optimization, developing dashboards and reports, utilizing statistical models for decision support, and collaborating with agile squads.

Main Responsibilities

1. Translate business strategies into data insights.
2. Understand business needs, explore data, and develop KPIs.
3. Model data for KPI optimization.
4. Develop dashboards and reports to answer business questions.
5. Use statistical models to support decision-making.
6. Participate and collaborate with agile squads in their rituals.

Requirements and Skills

• Complete formation and/or specialization (minimum 360 hours) in Information Technology (Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields).
• Experience in BI/Analytics projects.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Knowledge of DAX and M languages.
• Knowledge of Power BI Service.
• Experience with data modeling (conceptual, physical, and dimensional).
• Basic knowledge of statistics and statistical tests.
• Additional skills (preferred): Python, cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), Power Apps, Power Automate.
