The Role

As a Systems Management Specialist at Kyndryl, you will ensure the smooth operation of our customers’ IT infrastructure, maintaining and optimizing their systems for peak performance. You will work on cutting-edge technologies, manage change processes, troubleshoot critical situations, and ensure system security, reliability, and efficiency. Who You Are

Important details:

• This is a remote position open to candidates across Brazil.
• Availability for additional hours during standby and client support as needed.

Mandatory technical skills:

• Experience with AWS CloudWatch (logs, metrics, alarms, dashboards, custom monitoring).
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux OS.
• Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, EventBridge, SSM, Lambda, RDS, S3, Route53, etc.).
• Experience setting up monitoring, alerting, and automation in AWS.
• Experience with Middleware and IBM InfoSphere Data Replication (IIDR).
• Understanding of Java Virtual Machine and Certificates Management.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, TLS, SSL protocols.
• Understanding of data replication strategies.
• English fluency for international communication.
• Soft skills: communication, client relationship, support, adaptability.

Desired technical competencies:

• Experience with log analysis, troubleshooting, scripting (Python/Shell).
• Knowledge of AWS security best practices, IAM, KMS.
• Experience with PagerDuty, ServiceNow, high-availability architectures, AWS certifications, hybrid cloud.
