What's the opportunity?

As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you will navigate a dynamic business environment, collaborating across departments to drive strategic financial insights and make a tangible impact on our financial growth. What will you be doing?

• Planning, constructing, and controlling budgets across the organization.
• Collaborating with finance and other internal teams to produce comprehensive executive reports and ensure accurate financial projections.
• Analyzing monthly actuals versus budgets and recommending actions.
• Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
• Conducting profitability and margin analyses.
• Assisting in preparing management reports.

What skills do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in FP&A within multinational companies or the payments industry is desirable. Familiarity with budgeting processes and ZBB is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical and financial skills for informed decision-making.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
