Job summary

K&J Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee plumbing projects, coordinating schedules, stakeholders, and compliance with safety and technical standards.

The role requires a Diploma or certificate in Engineering/Construction and at least 1 year of experience managing multiple sites, with strong PM skills and plumbing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing multiple project sites.
• Holder of a valid License Plumber and/or License Gas Service Worker.
• Diploma or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical), Construction, or equivalent.
• Proficient in project management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and track progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate technical and progress matters with main contractors, consultants, site supervisors, and subcontractors to align project goals.
• Develop, monitor, and review equipment and manpower deployment plans to optimize resource utilization on project sites.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, weekly, and daily project progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and promptly update management on any schedule variances to enable proactive decision-making.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to communicate project status and resolve issues among all project participants.
• Apply knowledge of plumbing and sanitary works to oversee project execution and ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform additional ad-hoc assignments as directed by superiors to support project and organizational objectives.

Job Summary
