We are seeking a social, sharp, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a high-energy entrepreneur and public-facing personality. This role is a blend of logistics coordination, event management, social liaison, and intuitive people skills.

You’ll be the right hand in building a dynamic social ecosystem—sourcing connections, scouting agencies, partners, creatives for creative projects, and acting as an extension of the founder in both professional and social environments.

Responsibilities:

• Attend events, dinners, and social functions alongside the founder

• Proactively engage in social settings to build and strengthen networks

• Manage content and personal brand posting; facilitate between editors

• Take contact info, extend invites, and act as the “friendly face” at gatherings

• Coordinate photo shoots (models, photographers, makeup artists)

• Help organize small dinners or meetups with interesting, aligned people

• Vet discreetly to filter quality people

• Act as a cultural interpreter when needed

• Help support and cast for future creative media projects and shows

• Manage social parties and gatherings biweekly

• Facilitate personal requirements

• Manage phone during events (founder prefers to stay off their phone socially)

About you:

• Naturally sociable, warm, and carries non-competitive energy

• Speaks fluent English and Portuguese

• Has a good eye for elegance, presentation, and social dynamics

• Has worked in or around modeling, events, nightlife, hospitality, media, or personal assistance

• Not overly career-focused, but driven by curiosity and self-improvement

• Can quickly earn trust in social settings

• Understands discretion and boundaries

• Enjoys being part of something exciting and fluid—not tied to a rigid 9–5 mindset

• Bonus: Connected in local creative scenes or university circles
