Job description

About Gigs

At Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile services- a platform that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products effortlessly.

Just as Stripe lets any business add a payment button in seconds, Gigs empowers platforms to weave in connectivity- bridging the traditional world of telecom with modern tech. From fintechs launching mobile services to HR platforms offering work phone plans, we automate provisioning and remove telecom complexity.

Our team of around 150 people across the US and Europe, backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator. As one of the fastest-growing tech companies, bringing together early-stage engineers, product builders, and business athletes from companies like Stripe, Airbnb, and Shopify. We're tackling deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly seamless.

If you're driven by curiosity, creativity, and the chance to shape the future of telecom, we'd love to hear from you.

Things We Care About

We are building in a highly complex space and tackling a massive problem. We want people who lean in when things get hard.

  • Speed. We move and we ship. We set bold deadlines and treat every week like it matters.
  • Ownership. If you see something broken, fix it. We don't wait for permission.
  • Customer Obsession. Our customers' product is our product.
  • Ambiguity. We're building frontier technology in a complex domain. You'll need sound judgement and good instincts to make decisions without complete information.
  • First principles. We don't ask how things have been done before. We ask why they were done that way at all.
The Role

At Gigs, we are building embedded connectivity: the infrastructure that lets banks, retailers, and fintechs put mobile plans inside their own products. In this role you will own Gigs' largest deals in Brazil, reporting directly to the Head of LatAm and carrying a closing quota. The strategy is in place and the pipeline is there. Your mission is to convert it, and to feed what you learn in the room back into how Gigs sells.

What You Will Do
  • You’ll close Gigs' largest corporate deals in Brazil. You’ll guide them from the initial conversation through negotiation, contracting and signature, running long multi-stakeholder cycles across Legal, Procurement, IT, Product and C-level sponsors without losing momentum.
  • You’ll become a product expert. You’ll develop deep knowledge of the Gigs platform and our competitor landscape. Not just what we offer, but why it matters to each buyer and how we win.
  • You’ll build and own the pipeline. You’ll manage inbound leads against clear qualifying criteria and prospect into new accounts across banking, fintech, retail and travel. These are the sectors where embedded connectivity is a real product opportunity, not a side feature. You’ll also open doors with your own senior network across Brazilian banks, fintechs, retailers and travel companies.
  • You’ll keep the CRM the source of truth. You’ll maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline, forecast and deal status in HubSpot so the whole team can act on clean data. Good hygiene isn't admin, it's how the machine runs.
  • You’ll collaborate with Legal, Finance and Product to structure deals that are not only commercially sound but also deliverable.
  • You’ll help build the Brazil playbook, not just run it. You’ll bring market signals back to GTM and Product: what buyers want, what blocks deals, what competitors are doing. And you’ll document what works, so the motion compounds instead of living in your head.
What We Are Looking For
  • At least 8 years of commercial experience, with a proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals in Brazil.
  • A background in B2B or B2B2C tech.
  • You are an exceptional communicator. In writing and in person, you convey complex ideas clearly and adapt your message to your audience. You diagnose before you pitch, and you know that one precise, relevant message beats ten generic ones.
  • You are commercially curious and analytically sharp. You think about fit, timing and trigger, not just contact lists. You approach a new account the way a good analyst approaches a problem. You form a hypothesis, test it and revise, and you make structured decisions even when things are ambiguous.
  • Pipeline discipline. Clean hygiene, tools kept current, and no dropped follow-ups across cycles that run for months.
  • You reach for AI without being asked to, and you have a genuine point of view on where it helps and where it doesn't.
  • Resilience and self-direction. You take rejection, restart an agenda that has stalled, and don't wait for a playbook to be handed to you.
  • You are passionate about technology. You're genuinely interested in how businesses embed new capabilities into their products, and energised by the idea of selling the infrastructure that enables it.
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Based in São Paulo, or willing to relocate.
  • Willing to travel within Brazil and internationally.
