Responsibilities

• Desenvolver conceitos criativos, narrativas e mensagens para campanhas, lançamentos e iniciativas de marca.
• Escrever copy e roteiros para formatos variados (social, CRM, landing pages, sites, vídeos, apresentações).
• Criar, refinar e manter diretrizes de identidade verbal, tom de voz e linguagem da marca.
• Colaborar com equipes de Design para brings ideias desde o briefing até a entrega final.
• Traduzir estratégias de negócio em mensagens relevantes para diferentes públicos.
• Participar de briefings criativos e apresentar conceitos a stakeholders.
• Utilizar ferramentas de IA para pesquisa, exploração criativa e eficiência de fluxo de trabalho.

Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Redator(a) Sênior based in Brazil.

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Copywriter to develop compelling narratives and impactful content across multiple brands, campaigns, and communication channels. In this role, you will transform brand, product, and business strategies into engaging messages that connect with diverse audiences. You will lead creative concepts from initial briefings through execution, collaborating closely with Design, Branding, Marketing, Growth, and other teams. You will also help shape brand voice guidelines and ensure consistency across different formats and touchpoints. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to integrated creative projects while exploring generative AI tools to enhance research, ideation, and content production.

Accountabilities:

• Develop creative concepts, storytelling, and narratives for campaigns, product launches, events, and brand initiatives.

• Write copy and scripts for multiple formats and channels, including social media, CRM, landing pages, websites, videos, presentations, and commercial materials.

• Create, refine, and maintain verbal identity guidelines, brand tone of voice, and language direction.

• Partner with Design teams to develop creative ideas and solutions, from initial concepts to final adaptations.

• Translate brand, product, and business strategies into relevant communication for different audiences.

• Collaborate with Branding, Product Marketing, Social Media, Events, Growth, and other internal teams.

• Participate actively in creative briefings, contributing questions, references, insights, and original proposals.

• Present and defend creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Use generative AI tools to support research, creative exploration, text development, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Solid professional experience as a Copywriter or Content Writer in an agency, in-house creative team, or similar environment.

• Excellent command of Portuguese, with strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills.

• A portfolio demonstrating creative quality, conceptual thinking, and experience developing campaigns or creative projects.

• Ability to adapt writing styles and messages to different formats, channels, and audiences.

• Strategic thinking and critical judgment to interpret briefs and develop effective creative solutions.

• Autonomy in managing projects and the ability to collaborate effectively with Design and other disciplines.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain and defend creative ideas.

Additional qualifications considered a plus:

• Experience working with multiple brands, products, or business units.

• Background in education, technology, services, or B2B industries.

• Knowledge of editorial planning, SEO, and UX Writing.

• Familiarity with digital communication metrics, A/B testing, and performance-based content optimization.

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and content management tools.

• Knowledge of AI tools for research, writing, editing, and content review.
