Altimetrik is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale transformation program in Brazil. This contractor role requires driving adoption, readiness, and stakeholder engagement across regional and global teams.

You will develop and execute OCM strategies, manage plans and deliverables, report weekly progress, and mitigate change risks while collaborating with ERP/SAP initiatives and business leaders in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• Experience in large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience as an OCM Lead or similar role.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the timely and high-quality execution of the OCM roadmap and deliverables for Brazil and the ACC region.
• Develop and manage detailed OCM plans and activities aligned with the transformation roadmap.
• Provide weekly status reporting on OCM deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and progress.
• Identify and manage organizational change risks, defining appropriate mitigation actions.
• Support local teams in identifying and addressing country-specific change and adoption risks.
• Engage key stakeholders and support organizational readiness and adoption throughout the transformation.

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale transformation program, with a primary focus on Brazil and collaboration across regional and global teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), ideally within large-scale transformation programs.
• Previous experience as an OCM Lead, Change Management Lead, Senior Change Manager, or similar role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps.
• Experience with stakeholder management, change impact assessments, readiness, adoption, and risk mitigation.
• Experience working with regional and global teams in complex organizations.
• Experience with ERP/SAP or enterprise transformation programs is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English are required.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Type:

Contractor.

Compensation:

USD $6,500/month.
