Altimetrik seeks an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale transformation program in Brazil and across regional/global teams. You will drive OCM strategy, plans, and roadmaps while engaging stakeholders to ensure adoption and readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and fluency in Portuguese and English, with a preference for ERP/SAP exposure.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience leading OCM in large-scale transformations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience with stakeholder management, readiness, adoption, and risk mitigation.
• Experience with regional/global teams in complex orgs.
• ERP/SAP or enterprise transformation experience is highly desirable.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; based in Brazil.

Responsabilidades

• Lead OCM methodology execution for Brazil and ACC region.
• Develop detailed OCM plans aligned with transformation roadmap.
• Provide weekly status reports on OCM deliverables and progress.
• Identify and mitigate organizational change risks.
• Support local teams on country-specific readiness and adoption.
• Engage stakeholders and drive organizational readiness throughout transformation.

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale transformation program, with a primary focus on Brazil and collaboration across regional and global teams.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), ideally within large-scale transformation programs.
• Previous experience as an OCM Lead, Change Management Lead, Senior Change Manager, or similar role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps.
• Experience with stakeholder management, change impact assessments, readiness, adoption, and risk mitigation.
• Experience working with regional and global teams in complex organizations.
• Experience with ERP/SAP or enterprise transformation programs is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English are required.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the timely and high-quality execution of the OCM methodology, roadmap, and deliverables for Brazil and the ACC region.
• Develop and manage detailed OCM plans and activities aligned with the overall transformation roadmap.
• Provide weekly status reporting on OCM deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and progress.
• Identify and manage organizational change risks, defining appropriate mitigation actions.
• Support local teams in identifying and addressing country-specific change and adoption risks.
• Engage key stakeholders and support organizational readiness and adoption throughout the transformation.

Location: Brazil. Contract Type: Contractor. Compensation: USD $6,500/month. Time Off: 15 vacation days per year.
