Altimetrik is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale transformation program with a Brazil focus and global collaboration.

You will develop and execute change management strategies, lead stakeholder engagement, and drive readiness, adoption, and risk mitigation across regional and ERP/SAP initiatives.

This contractor role offers exposure to international teams and a dynamic environment within Brazil.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience leading OCM in large-scale transformations.
• Experience coordinating regional/global teams and ERP/SAP projects.
• Fluent Portuguese and English, based in Brazil.

Responsabilidades

• Lead OCM activities for Brazil and ACC region in line with transformation roadmap.
• Develop and manage detailed OCM plans and activities.
• Provide weekly status reports on OCM deliverables, milestones and risks.
• Identify and mitigate organizational change risks.
• Support local teams with country-specific change adoption.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure readiness and adoption throughout the program.

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale transformation program, with a primary focus on Brazil and collaboration across regional and global teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), ideally within large-scale transformation programs.
• Previous experience as an OCM Lead, Change Management Lead, Senior Change Manager, or similar role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps.
• Experience with stakeholder management, change impact assessments, readiness, adoption, and risk mitigation.
• Experience working with regional and global teams in complex organizations.
• Experience with ERP/SAP or enterprise transformation programs is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English are required.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the timely and high-quality execution of the OCM methodology, roadmap, and deliverables for Brazil and the ACC region.
• Develop and manage detailed OCM plans and activities aligned with the overall transformation roadmap.
• Provide weekly status reporting on OCM deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and progress.
• Identify and manage organizational change risks, defining appropriate mitigation actions.
• Support local teams in identifying and addressing country-specific change and adoption risks.
• Engage key stakeholders and support organizational readiness and adoption throughout the transformation.

Location: Brazil.

Contract Type: Contractor.

Compensation: USD $6,500/month.

Time Off: 15 vacation days per year.
