Altimetrik is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Lead for a large-scale transformation with focus on Brazil. You will drive the OCM roadmap, manage detailed plans, and coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure adoption and readiness.

The role is a contractor position in Brazil, offering USD 6,500 per month and 15 vacation days per year. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential to success.

Qualificações

• Minimum proven experience leading Organizational Change Management in large-scale transformations.
• Experience developing and executing change management strategies, roadmaps and plans.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; ability to collaborate with regional and global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the OCM methodology, roadmap, and deliverables for Brazil and ACC region.
• Develop and manage detailed OCM plans aligned with transformation roadmap.
• Provide weekly status reporting on OCM deliverables and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate organizational change risks and adoption challenges.
• Engage stakeholders and support readiness and adoption throughout the transformation.

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale transformation program, with a primary focus on Brazil and collaboration across regional and global teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), ideally within large-scale transformation programs.
• Previous experience as an OCM Lead, Change Management Lead, Senior Change Manager, or similar role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps.
• Experience with stakeholder management, change impact assessments, readiness, adoption, and risk mitigation.
• Experience working with regional and global teams in complex organizations.
• Experience with ERP/SAP or enterprise transformation programs is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English are required.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the timely and high-quality execution of the OCM methodology, roadmap, and deliverables for Brazil and the ACC region.
• Develop and manage detailed OCM plans and activities aligned with the overall transformation roadmap.
• Provide weekly status reporting on OCM deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and progress.
• Identify and manage organizational change risks, defining appropriate mitigation actions.
• Support local teams in identifying and addressing country-specific change and adoption risks.
• Engage key stakeholders and support organizational readiness and adoption throughout the transformation.
