HSBC in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Risk & Control Analyst to support the Risk & Control Framework, monitor controls, review tests, and coordinate internal events across Operations teams. The role uses Helios and OneTPM systems to manage events and closures.

The candidate will gather metrics for local/regional forums and assist with FRP workforce planning, with strong English, Excel, Power BI, SQL and Python skills preferred.

Qualificações

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excel (Advanced) and Power BI experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and Access.
• Strong analytical thinking and organization.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Perform activities related to Risk & Control Framework such as control monitoring, review and testing.
• Manage Internal Events across Operations teams including escalation, root cause identification, business impact analysis and define/address action plans to avoid recurrencies.
• Register the Internal Events, Issues and Actions into Helios System and prepare the Closure Packs once steps are completed.
• Act as Third Party Engagement Management performing the oversight of the Operations Engagements in OneTPM system.
• Gather Metrics & Indicators from Operations teams, compile the data to be presented in the Local and Regional Forums (BCC and others).
• Business Management supporting FRP Process with the bottom-up and work force plan.
• Reconciliation production, breaks reporting, resolution monitoring, and monthly substantiation.
