HSBC Group in Brazil is seeking a risk and controls professional to strengthen our Risk & Control Framework across Operations. You will monitor controls, review events, and support root-cause analyses.

You will manage internal events, oversee third-party engagements in OneTPM, gather metrics for local and regional forums, support FRP workforce planning, and monitor reconciliations to ensure accurate monthly substantiation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform activities related to Risk & Control Framework such as control monitoring, review and testing.
• Manage Internal Events across Operations teams including escalation, root cause identification, business impact analysis and define/address action plans to avoid recurrencies.
• Register the Internal Events, Issues and Actions into Helios System and prepare the Closure Packs once steps are completed.
• Act as Third Party Engagement Management performing the oversight of the Operations Engagements in OneTPM system.
• Gather Metrics & Indicators from Operations teams, compile the data to be presented in the Local and Regional Forums (BCC and others).
• Business Management supporting FRP Process with the bottom-up and work force plan.
• Reconciliation production, breaks reporting, investigation and resolution monitoring, and monthly substantiation.
