HCLTech in Brazil is seeking an Operations Manager to lead IT operations across Server Infrastructure, Network Operations, and Digital Workplace services. You will manage a technical team, ensure service reliability and security compliance, and partner with global IT teams to deliver high-quality end-user experiences.

You will drive ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change processes, manage budgets and vendors, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and ensure LGPD compliance while continuously improving

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading IT Operations in a corporate environment.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and vendor/budget management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary IT Operations team.
• Manage Server Infrastructure environments (Windows, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V) and ensure availability, performance, and compliance.
• Oversee Network Operations, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, connectivity services, and network security.
• Manage Digital Workplace services, including end-user devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and endpoint management.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes aligned with ITIL practices.
• Manage IT operational budgets, vendor contracts, and service providers.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, audit requirements, and LGPD regulations.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead IT operations in Brazil, overseeing Server Infrastructure, Network Operations, and Digital Workplace services. This role is responsible for managing a technical team, ensuring operational excellence, service reliability, security compliance, and a high-quality end-user experience while working closely with global IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary IT Operations team.
• Manage Server Infrastructure environments (Windows, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V) and ensure availability, performance, and compliance.
• Oversee Network Operations, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, connectivity services, and network security.
• Manage Digital Workplace services, including end-user devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and endpoint management.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes aligned with ITIL practices.
• Manage IT operational budgets, vendor contracts, and service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience in IT Operations and service delivery within a corporate environment.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of at least two of the following areas: Server Infrastructure, Network Operations, and Digital Workplace.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational performance.
• Advanced English and Portuguese (written and spoken) are required.
