About the team/role

We are looking for an operations manager to join us on the Delivery/Food team in the core of our operations. Our mission is to build the best experience for our users and to drive strategic and sustainable growth.In this role, you will work on cross-functional strategic projects, and will be responsible solving problems, creating and managing projects and initiatives that will help to shape our business strategy. This includes creating business hypotheses, testing them, and developing solutions to improve our growth. Hence, you will be able to improve both your technical and business skills through industry experience that will contribute to your professional development.

In this role, you'll be...

• Creating SQL queries and analyzing business metrics to drive decisions and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Doing A/B Tests regarding Marketplace metrics and assisting the leadership in decision-making;
• Acting as a focal point for projects related to improving our Product solutions;
• Aligning all points related to these projects with other areas (Marketing, Legal, Operations, Product, Research, Safety, and others);
• Organizing all project information and transparently communicating developments and results to other teams in the company.

• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets and BI platforms;
• Flexibility to travel and follow cities launch;

• Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related areas (preferred);
• Advanced English.
