Job summary

City Energy Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive to support our growing retail operations across multiple stores. You will own the post-sales process from order to fulfilment and ensure data accuracy across Shopify, SAP B1 and Salesforce.

The role requires meticulous organisation, experience in retail or sales operations, and proficiency with Excel. Based at our Singapore location, you’ll join a lean, dynamic team with learning opportunities in fulfilment and reporting.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in retail operations, sales operations, order management or fulfilment.
• Meticulous, organised and strong with numbers.
• Familiarity with Shopify, SAP B1, Salesforce and Excel would be beneficial.
• Willing to learn, takes ownership and solutions-oriented.

We are looking to hire an Operations Executive to join our Retail Sales team,to support our growing retail operations across multiple stores.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role where no two days are quite the same. Once a sale is made, you’ll play an important role in making sure everything that follows happens smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the post-sales operational process from order to fulfilment.
• Consolidate, check and reconcile sales data across Shopify, SAP Business One and Salesforce.
• Process orders accurately and ensure information is properly captured across the different systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for delivery, installation and fulfilment.
