Baebear Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level marketer to learn the ropes of running an ecommerce business. You will develop campaigns, lead influencer marketing, and shape social media strategies across major platforms to grow engagement and sales.

The role emphasizes a hands-on approach with content planning, community management, and paid ads optimization to achieve brand objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns to drive merchandise sales, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
• Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including selecting KOLs/influencers, content review, and performance reporting.
• Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms (TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram) to boost engagement.
• Assist in content planning and shooting.
• Manage private community channels (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups) to build brand loyalty and drive conversions.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including KPIs and ROI.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns to drive merchandise sales, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
• Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including the selection of KOLs/influencers, content review, and performance reporting to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
• Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Instagram, and others to boost engagement and community growth.
• Assist in content planning and shooting.
• Manage private community channels (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups) to build brand loyalty, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Tiktok Ads, and Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including KPIs and ROI, to ensure effectiveness and alignment with brand objectives.

• 5.5 days

• 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
• 8:00am – 12pm (Saturday)
