Jobtailor in Brazil seeks a student with an accounting-oriented mindset to support fixed asset operations, invoicing, and asset controls. You will assist in sales processing, lease administration, and inventory reconciliation, while ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations.

Working with Power BI and MS Office, you will help strengthen internal controls, prepare settlement statements, and contribute to audit-ready reporting for municipal, state, and federal reviews.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Accounting knowledge is desirable.
• Process knowledge is desirable.
• Knowledge of tax and labor legislation is desirable.
• Quality tools knowledge is desirable.
• Contract analysis skills are desirable.
• Power BI knowledge is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze fixed asset sales; issue invoices and payment slips.
• Monitor vehicle sales, issue fiscal documents, transfers, and write-offs.
• Request, analyze, and classify fees and taxes; monitor payment schedules.
• Record invoices for comodato, rental, demonstration, and guarantees; manage data.
• Manage active lease contracts, ensuring renewals and compliance to generate revenue.
• Reconcile asset inventories through spot checks to improve reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process sales of fixed assets, issuing sales invoices, generating payment slips, obtaining signatures on contracts, performing collections for delinquent accounts, issuing settlement statements and/or authorizations for deeds, executing the accounting write‑off of these sales in the system, and reporting effectiveness and financial gains.
• Monitor and carry out procedures related to vehicle sales, from issuing fiscal documents and transfers to write‑off in CAF/accounting, ensuring integrity in the process for future audits and security in fixed‑asset controls.
• Request, analyze, and classify fees and taxes, organizing the payment process and monitoring payment schedules against the current calendar, improving controls and security to satisfy municipal, state, and federal audits.
• Record invoices classified as comodato, rental, demonstration, and guarantees; process returns and internal controls; review all documentation and enter data into control spreadsheets to ensure safekeeping of third‑party assets and avoid unnecessary losses.
• Manage active lease contracts, ensuring renewals and compliance, with the goal of generating new revenue.
• Analyze and reconcile asset inventories through rolling spot checks, increasing confidence in physical and accounting reports.
