Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking a production operator to manage and operate production machinery in a busy manufacturing environment. The role involves following SOPs, assembling, packing, and processing to meet daily targets, with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position includes rotating shifts (3,4,4,3) and company transport for commutes, with opportunities for growth within the company. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to SOPs and production requirements.
• Perform manufacturing, assembly, packing, and processing tasks to meet daily production targets.
• Inspect finished products and raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards and report any defects or abnormalities.
• Conduct routine machine cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow workplace safety regulations, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work on rotating shifts, monitor production output, record production data, and communicate machine or production issues during shift handovers.
