Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Sembawang invites a Manufacturing Engineer to monitor production operations, drive process improvements, and ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply IATF 16949, ISO standards, and TPM concepts, and contribute to cost and productivity gains while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience will be preferred.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SPC, FMEA, and TPM will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily production operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives such as process optimization, benchmarking, and productivity enhancement using statistical tools and software.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards by supporting internal and external audits in line with IATF, ISO, and OHSAS requirements.
• Contribute to operational excellence by driving improvements in process performance, efficiency, and reliability.
