A Tata Consultancy Services, em Toledo (Paraná), procura um(a) EUC Onsite Engineer para suporte técnico presencial de desktops, laptops, impressoras e ambientes Windows/Mac. Atuará na resolução de incidentes e na continuidade das operações de TI no local.

Exigem-se boa comunicação em inglês e português, proatividade, autonomia para priorizar tarefas e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente. Oferece benefícios, desenvolvimento profissional e oportunidades internacionais.

Qualificações

• Foco no cliente com boa comunicação e relacionamento.
• Inglês fluente com domínio da língua local.

Soft Skills

• Clear and strong customer focus and relationship

• Proficiency in English is must with Local Language
• Good analytical and coordination skills are essential
• Strong work ethic, combined with the ability to work independently

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware
• Good knowledge of Win 10, Win 11 & MS Office
• Knowledge of Mac OS is preferred
• Understanding of daily operations and delivery processes
• Application / software installation and trouble shooting
• Knowledge / exposure on ticketing tools (Service Now)
• Windows system administration
• Strong Troubleshooting Skills
• Hardware, operating system & software knowledge of laptops, desktops & mobile devices, printers etc.
• Working knowledge of supporting computer peripherals, like printer, scanners and non-standard devices etc.
• Understanding of active directory, networking
• Hardware, operating system & software knowledge\"
