Tata Consultancy Services in Brazil is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer EUC to deliver hands-on hardware and software support across desktops, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring reliable end-user IT experience.

You will work with Windows 10/11, MS Office, and Mac OS (preferred), and engage with Active Directory and networking basics. ServiceNow ticketing will guide incident handling to resolution.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in desktop/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with Win 10/11 and MS Office.
• Mac OS knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of daily operations and delivery processes.
• Experience with installation and troubleshooting of applications/software.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Hardware and OS/software knowledge of laptops/desktops/mobile devices and printers.
• Knowledge of peripherals and networking basics.
