Tata Consultancy Services in Brazil seeks an Onsite Field Support Engineer (EUC) to assist end-users with hardware, software, and peripherals. The role requires strong customer focus, English proficiency, and the ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, and ticketing tools like ServiceNow, along with excellent communication and coordination skills. An opportunity to work outside Brazil is offered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite field support for EUC devices (desktop, laptop, printers).
• Assist end-users with hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident logging and ticket updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure service quality.
