Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer EUC in Manaus to deliver hands-on hardware and software support to end users. The role emphasizes customer focus, technical troubleshooting, and effective incident management.

You will work in a dynamic, global company offering professional growth, learning resources, and opportunities to work outside Brazil. Fluency in English with local language is required, along with good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Mac OS is a plus.
• Experience with ticketing tools (Service Now).
• Understanding of active directory and networking basics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite field support for EUC hardware and software.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair workstations, printers, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with users and teams to resolve technical issues.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Support delivery processes and daily operations.
