(Networking & Cybersecurity) Technical Support Consultant (LATAM)

What you will do:

1. Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails.
2. Resolve support inquiries of various difficulties.
3. Gather technical data to resolve complex tickets.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction with each interaction.
5. Maintain knowledge of our client's products and services.
6. Handle sensitive customer information securely.
7. Collaborate with developers and IT departments to troubleshoot issues.

What you need to succeed:

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• Experience in tech support, desktop support, or similar roles.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Basic networking knowledge (VPN, firewalls, cloud services).
• Understanding of cybersecurity and ISP operations.
• Customer-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems like Zendesk.
• Background working with engineers.
• Degree in computer science or IT.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco.
• Experience with remote desktop and help desk software.
