Join our team as a L2 Technical Support Consultant and thrive in a multicultural, multilingual environment while working remotely. This role involves providing technical support, testing software releases, and collaborating with developers to troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering support calls and documenting issues
  • Participating in daily meetings with developers
  • Testing new software releases and reporting bugs
  • Monitoring feedback logs for new issues
  • Reproducing reported bugs with detailed documentation
  • Assisting in requirement gathering for enhancements
  • Communicating with IT departments to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Excellent English skills (C1 or higher)
  • Over 2 years of experience with .NET Core MVC Framework
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented attitude and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  • Degree in Computer Science or IT
