Here's what you need to know:

What you will do:
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends
  • Provide L1 and L2 support to customers, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
  • Gather and analyze technical data to resolve intricate tickets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Maintain knowledge of our client's products and services
  • Handle sensitive customer information securely
  • Collaborate with developers and other IT departments to troubleshoot issues
What you need to succeed:
  • Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level)
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in software support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with software applications
  • Ability to analyze logs and system diagnostics
  • A positive, friendly, and proactive attitude
  • Personal laptop with at least 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
Great to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
  • Experience with payment systems or financial technology
  • Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and databases
