Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand its team and is looking for an Account Manager for the Latin American market. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

About Product:

SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator
A fast and cost-effective solution that allows you to easily integrate and manage casino gaming content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for our casino operator clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional services and game content to existing clients, driving increased revenue and satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client issues related to the game aggregator promptly, coordinating with internal departments for timely solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on client account performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing clients with insights and recommendations.
  • Technical Assistance: Collaborate with internal technical teams to support clients with ongoing issues or requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (C1+)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese (C1+)
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management and/or customer success management, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve client performance
  • Ability to resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels
Nice to Have:
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish
