Jobtailor is seeking a driven Demand Planning Analyst in Brazil to support forecast accuracy, data analysis, and KPI monitoring. You will collect and analyze historical sales, inventory, and demand data, and prepare reports for senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams, participation in S&OP/IBP routines, and development of demand scenarios. A related bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills are expected.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Market Intelligence, Commercial Planning, Supply Chain, or related areas
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Knowledge of data analysis, KPIs, and planning
• Ability to interpret information and identify trends and opportunities
• Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different areas of the business
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Experience with S&OP/IBP is a plus
• Knowledge of COLPLAN is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Support demand planning and forecasting activities based on historical data and trends
• Collect, organize, and analyze sales, inventory, and demand data
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations on forecasts and results
• Track forecast accuracy and support action plans
• Monitor KPIs for demand, sales, and planning
• Assist S&OP/IBP routines and cross-functional alignment
• Participate in scenario development and simulations
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics and other departments

• Support demand planning and sales forecasting, taking into account sales history, trends, seasonality, promotions, and other variables
• Collect, organize, and analyze historical sales, inventory, and demand data
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations on sales forecasts, demand, and results
• Track forecast accuracy, identifying variances between planned and actual results and supporting action plans
• Monitor and analyze demand, sales, and planning KPIs
• Support Demand Planning and S&OP/IBP routines
• Conduct inventory, coverage, sales, and demand analyses
• Support the development of demand scenarios and simulations
• Partner with the Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other related departments

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Market Intelligence, Commercial Planning, Supply Chain, or related areas
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Knowledge of data analysis, KPIs, and planning
