Jobtailor in Curitiba, Brazil is seeking a PLM Data Management Specialist to support end-to-end specification management, interpret reports, and drive data-driven improvements across regions.

You will work with SAP PLM, SharePoint and PEGA, perform data analysis, manage Change Requests, testing, scripting, and audits, while communicating with stakeholders and balancing multiple projects.

Qualificações

• Degree in Data Management, Food Technology, Engineering or related scientific discipline.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP PLM or similar Specifications Systems.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Excel functions).

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end specification management support to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Interpret technical reports and system design documents.
• Analyze and interpret data using appropriate tools, including root-cause analysis.
• Manage PLM operational processes, including Change Request management and deployment.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues.
• Manage PLM access and communications.
• Build search reports and conduct end-to-end testing.
• Write and review PLM system scripts.
• Identify and lead improvements to ways of working and processes.
• Archive obsolete specifications.
• Run maintenance and audit programs for specifications.
• Provide day-to-day user support and training.
• Manage cross-category stakeholders and collaborate across regions.
• Complete multiple small projects with phased deadlines or complex medium projects.
• Create actionable insights from data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work with PLM system vendors and internal and external multifunctional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Food Research & Development environment experience and/or experience working with suppliers
• Degree in Data Management, Food Technology, Engineering or a related scientific discipline
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience working with SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or similar Specifications Systems
• Experience working with SharePoint
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Excel functions
• Medium to high skill level in managing large amounts of data using digital tools
• System and process-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear communication with stakeholders
• Proven project management experience
• Packaging experience preferable
• PEGA application experience preferable
