Aurelis Mortgage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Team Lead in Brazil to guide a small team while expanding your own advisory business. You will balance personal sales with team leadership, building sustainable client relationships and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team of mortgage consultants while managing your own sales portfolio

• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with working partners and referral sources
• Coach and mentor junior consultants to improve performance and client engagement
• Deliver holistic mortgage solutions across refinancing, home purchase, and wealth financing
• Represent Aurelis Mortgage at networking events, corporate engagements, and business development activities
