One of our companies is currently looking for a FP&A Senior Analyst in Brazil / Argentina / Colombia.

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and decision-making processes of the company. By working closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage the budgeting process, track KPIs, and provide detailed financial analysis to ensure the company remains on a successful path. Your insights and ability to communicate financial data will directly support executive decision-making and help the company navigate a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the budget planning, construction, and control processes across various departments
• Collaborate with finance teams and other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial projections and provide comprehensive executive reporting
• Conduct monthly variance analysis of actuals versus budget, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions
• Track KPIs and prepare detailed financial reports to monitor company performance
• Analyze profitability and perform in-depth margin analysis to optimize business performance
• Assist in preparing management reports to provide clear financial insights to the leadership team
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in FP&A, particularly in multinational companies or the payments industry. Knowledge of the budgeting process and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) is highly desirable
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, and Business Intelligence tools to analyze data and communicate financial insights effectively
• Exceptional finance and analytical skills with the ability to drive informed decision-making
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling seamless cooperation with multiple functional teams
• Advanced/Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
