Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Systems Analysis & Development (ADS), Information Systems, Engineering or related fields.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, including writing User Stories following the INVEST pattern and defining acceptance criteria (BDD experience is a plus).
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or Lean.
• Knowledge of process mapping (AS IS / TO BE, flowcharts or BPMN).
• Ability to conduct ROI analyses and assess initiative feasibility.
• Experience structuring MVPs and working in a hypothesis‑driven manner.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and interpreting product metrics.
• Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) as applied to systems.
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI), including prompt engineering for LLMs and basic AI automations.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem tools (Office, Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations and environments (DEV / HML / PROD).
• Experience with Lean, Design Thinking, Design Sprint and Storytelling.
• Clear, structured communication with ease interacting across different areas.
