Jobtailor is seeking a skilled engineer to build and optimize automated systems, AI agents, and data workflows across the sales and post‑sales spectrum.

You will integrate APIs, review performance, and ensure compliance with LGPD while delivering scalable, secure solutions.

Qualificações

• Mandatory academic background in CS, data science, AI, software engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL and multiple programming languages.
• Experience with APIs, code versioning, architecture patterns and agile methods.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, improve, and sustain systems, apps, workflows and automations including RPA and AI agents.
• Diagnose issues, integrate APIs, review code, and present performance reports.
• Design integrations in an API-first architecture with governance and security.

• Responsible for developing, improving, and sustaining systems, applications, workflows and automations (including RPA and AI agents), ensuring quality, performance, integrations and compliance.
• Diagnose and fix issues, integrate APIs, review code, develop and present application performance reports, and interface with the Sales and Post‑Sales teams.
• Develop and implement AI agents (assistants, copilots or autonomous agents) to support commercial, operational and analytical processes.
• Explore and apply new development approaches — including vibe-code languages, no‑code/low‑code solutions and prompt-oriented orchestration tools — to accelerate delivery of digital products and reduce implementation complexity.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate and optimize the performance of agents and AI models, ensuring accuracy and bias mitigation.
• Maintain high code quality standards, following programming best practices, architecture, testing and versioning, especially in Python, JavaScript and SQL.
• Monitor, analyze and report the performance of automations, creating action plans to recover processes with low efficiency or high failure rates.
• Act as the technical interface between Technology and the Sales and Post‑Sales teams, assisting with requirements understanding, documentation and post-deployment support.
• Design, document and implement integrations within an API‑first architecture, ensuring security, versioning, telemetry and governance.
• Ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) from solution design, including access controls, data minimization, anonymization and incident management.
• Integrate solutions with CRM/ERP systems, enabling the commercial team with automations, structured data, dashboards and, where applicable, AI agents to increase efficiency and scale.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives driven by experimentation and metrics aligned with the key KPIs of the Sales and Post‑Sales teams.
• Develop new applications, workflows and automations (including RPA), considering integrations with other systems and resource optimization.
• Develop and maintain applications and automations on WhatsApp.

Requirements

• Mandatory education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Development, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Visual Basic, C# and Java.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
• API consumption and development (REST/SOAP).
• Code versioning (Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps).
• Software architecture and design patterns.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration and end-to-end).
• Basic knowledge of information security and secure development.
