Descrição da oferta de emprego

Develop dashboards, spreadsheets and control tools to support management and decision-making;
Create and monitor performance indicators, metrics and methods for measuring results;
Prepare technical and strategic People & Management reports tailored to different business areas;
Support the mapping, review and implementation of processes, promoting efficiency and standardization;
Design dashboards to monitor personnel costs and staffing budgets;
Integrate, analyze and ensure the consistency and reliability of the area's databases;
Support Business Partners with analyses and strategic People & Management projects;
Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to optimize processes and results;
Map, improve and automate internal processes, driving the digitalization of the area;
Continuously manage and enhance the People Analytics Data Lake;
Ensure the ethical use and protection of data, in compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and Compliance standards.

Requirements

Current university students in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics;
Advanced Excel is required;
Knowledge and experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Google Cloud and VBA;
Interest in programming languages and data analysis is a plus;
Experience with Looker Studio is a plus.

Proficient in utilizing advanced tools and methodologies to support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
