You will work with SQL and Python to perform exploratory analyses, identify correlations and root causes, and present insights clearly to technical and executive audiences, helping evolve the team's data products.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (any field).
• Problem-solving ability using data manipulation and analysis with SQL and Python (we value logic, solution architecture, and the ability to leverage modern tools and AI more than memorizing syntax).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to apply data storytelling techniques for different audiences (technical and executive).
• Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul, RS (Brazil).

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge or practical experience with statistical techniques for hypothesis testing and modeling.
• Familiarity or prior experience with retail dynamics and KPIs.
• Experience or prior exposure to Cloud environments (especially AWS).
