Jobtailor is seeking a senior BI Analyst to advance data-driven decision making in our Porto Alegre operations. You will craft dashboards in Power BI, model data for performance analytics, and mentor teammates to foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

You will collaborate with engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, communicate insights, and govern data quality while evolving technical and business knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scenario studies and business diagnostics.
• Develop and support teams in measuring results, identifying opportunities, trends and patterns in datasets.
• Technical execution in developing and monitoring the organization’s performance indicators.
• Demonstrate collaboration as a behavioral standard.
• Communicate with members of your team and other teams to promote stronger analytical capability.
• Interact with the different roles in the data pipeline (engineers, other analysts, data scientists and business analysts).
• Monitor product development processes, from conception through tracking results in production (upstream and downstream).
• Participate in the Data Analysis chapter, seeking to learn and understand patterns, tools and processes and encouraging the spread of a data culture across colleagues and teams in our operation.
• Maintain the necessary documentation to enable management of the data strategy (democratization, governance, quality, etc.).
• Keep evolving technically and in business knowledge.
